Dublin Tech Summit in conjunction with Catalyst Media is looking for a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team! We are looking for a new team member with a passion for all things tech and business who will work at the core of our sales team to help drive our business forward in Ireland and internationally.

With a focus on digital publishing and events, both in-person and virtual, this key business development role will incorporate selling across all our media and engagement platforms in Publishing and Events.
We’ll help you build your career in Sales while you collaborate with a team of talented individuals. You will be a target-driven, highly capable salesperson with a strong track record and a consultative approach with clients. Prime responsibilities will include establishing, nurturing, and growing qualified leads for the sales pipeline across a full group offering to drive company growth and expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships

Company Executive Assistant

The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Previous event experience would be an advantage. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment (in-person and remote) performing administrative duties, and providing support to management.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- To act as a point of contact providing exceptional comms between the CEO and employees, c-suite clients and other external partners
- To contribute to our client relationship strategy, particularly Business and Finance to deliver across external communications and outreach within the client base.
- Support the CEO, providing administrative support, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting written announcements and preparing communications.
- Calendar management for the CEO and leadership team.
- Taking concise minutes at meetings and circulating them to the appropriate people.
- Liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the company priorities are met and best practices are upheld

Graphic Design Intern
Catalyst Media is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join the design department on a part-time fixed-term basis, delivering world-class event design.
You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced creative environment and be mentored to deliver innovative digital and print media across multiple events, including Dublin Tech Summit, Business & Finance Awards, Diversity in Tech Awards, The Spider Awards and the Business & Finance Magazine.
The internship will be for a period of six months, working a minimum of 3 days per week (flexi-time) at a fixed salary of 12k per year. The role will be based in our office in Charlotte Quay, Dublin 4, with the option of remote working.

The Internship
We are looking for a highly motivated new team member with a passion for all things digital, media, events and above all client partnerships, who will work at the core of our client account management & events team. Your role will see you helping to curate virtual and in person event experiences for our clients, manage event
partners and actively work on improving and executing up and coming events like “Dublin Tech Summit” and “The Business & Finance Awards” along with a host of
other digital webinars and awards ceremonies.
The Account Management Intern role will work closely with the Client Account Manager for “Business & Finance” and “Dublin Tech Summit” to maximise event delivery & client partnerships for all events & media.

The role
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for executing the various elements of the marketing activities for several events under Catalyst Media Group (Dublin Tech Summit, The Business & Finance Awards, The Business Show and much more!) You will be instrumental in delivering purposeful campaigns designed to increase participation and attendance numbers at our events. This is an exciting opportunity in a supportive environment where you can learn, develop and take the next step in your marketing career.
Key Accountabilities
- Reporting to, and working directly with, the Head of Digital Marketing to execute the strategy across multiple channels
- Build and manage email campaigns from start to end
- Manage web content with attention to detail and efficiency
- Work closely with the design team in the creation of collateral including email design, digital advertising, social ads, direct mail pieces etc
- Provide a high level of customer service to visitors, partners and all other relevant stakeholders.
- Day to day management of organic and paid content on our social platforms – including curating content, writing copy, responding to comments/like and engagement.
- Liaise with our sales department and exhibiting brands to source content write engaging copy for social media and email.
- Accountability and awareness of ticket sales and event registrations with reporting and agility in maneuvering campaigns to achieve set targets.
- Report back to the Head of Digital Marketing key results from campaign including email, revenue targets, social + digital; recommendations for improvement and daily optimisation of results.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (digital agency)
Skills & Experience
You will hold a degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing and have a keen interest in staying ahead of the latest technologies and channels, especially social media/digital marketing. In addition, excellent written & verbal communication skills, innovative thinking and the ability to work on multiple tasks to strict deadlines is required.
